  • Lead and develop a high performing technology risk team, fostering strong judgment, learning agility, and credibility with senior stakeholders.

What you will bring

  • Strategic, enterprise level thinking, translating complex technical risk into clear insights linked to business strategy, resilience, and customer outcomes.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to simplify complexity and influence without authority at executive and board levels.
  • Demonstrated people leadership, with experience building and sustaining high performing teams in evolving risk and technology environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance risk processes and adapt to emerging industry trends.
  • Deep experience in technology and cyber risk management within large, complex organizations, including operational resilience, data and AI risk, and third-party
  • Proven success operating in a second line of defence role, providing independent challenge, influencing senior leaders, and avoiding first line execution while driving meaningful risk outcomes.
