Education & Engagement Coordinator, Group Retirement

Reporting to the National Manager, Education & Engagement, the Education & Engagement Coordinator plays a critical role in delivering national education experiences that help members understand, engage with, and confidently manage their retirement savings.

 

This role is responsible for coordinating education intake, supporting national webinars and digital education delivery, and providing operational insights that help improve how we engage members and plan sponsors. The coordinator works independently, applying judgment and organization skills to manage competing priorities while collaborating closely with internal partners across the organization.

 

What you will do

 

  • Independently manage and triage incoming education and engagement requests for the national Education & Engagement team.
  • Apply judgment to prioritize requests, coordinate scheduling, and assign appropriate educator support.
  • Coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of Saving for Life webinars, including scheduling, materials preparation, technology checks, and live session support.
  • Support the development, maintenance, and accuracy of external‑facing onboarding and education videos.
  • Build and maintain operational reports and dashboards to track intake volumes, attendance, and engagement trends.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to support planning, resource allocation, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify workflow gaps and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency, and the member experience.
  • Work closely with Educators, Client Relationship Managers, Account Executives, Marketing, Creative Services, and external partners to support national education initiatives.
  • Contribute to special projects and team initiatives as required.

 

What you will bring 

 

  • 2+ years of experience in a coordination, operations, education support, or corporate support role.
  • Demonstrated independence and ownership managing national workflows without close supervision.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills; comfort navigating multiple priorities and complex schedules.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in content, data, and documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; experience with Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Power BI, Forms, Power Automate) is an asset.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across a national, cross‑functional team.
  • Knowledge of group retirement or financial services is an asset.
  • A customer‑focused mindset and commitment to delivering high‑quality education experiences.

The base salary for this position is between $57,100 - $85,600 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
