Role description 

We are looking for a Business operations specialist. The Lifeco ICOFR team plays a key role in managing and ensuring the existence and effectiveness of internal controls on the information critical to our operations. As a Business Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the document control and certification process, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with applicable requirements.

 

Working closely with various stakeholders, you will combine rigor, analytical skills, and attention to detail to ensure the reliability of information. This position requires a high degree of autonomy while working in a collaborative environment, where communication and teamwork are essential to achieving our shared objectives.

 

What you will do 

  • Assist ICOFR team in the design, implementation, and continuous monitoring of controls leveraging tools such as Blackline (including user and access management of Blackline).

  • Lead team members to provide help desk, training, and other supporting services to users of Blackline.

  • Responding to ad hoc requests from senior leaders for information/diagnostics from the Blackline system.  

  • Preparing reports as required to support the ongoing management and operation of the Blackline solution.

  • Supporting the implementation of additional Blackline use cases and modules as required.

  • Providing Blackline licensees, training, and support to other business units.

The base salary for this position is between  $50,400 - $75,600 annually.  This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).  If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
