Associate Manager, Sales Enablement - 12 Month Contract

As an Associate Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement, you’ll work closely with business partners influence how Canada Life’s brand, value proposition and solutions are positioned within the industry. 

 

You’ll play a key role in creating compelling marketing strategies, presentations and content. You’ll contribute across a range of initiatives from strategic presentations and executive communications to creative writing, event support and select Request for Proposal (RFP) and Finalist activities. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, comfort in presenting and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

We’re seeking someone who is energized by collaboration and thrives in a role that blends strategy, creativity and execution. You’ll help elevate Canada Life’s reputation, build meaningful engagement with clients and prospects and support teams with marketing that drives real impact.

 

 What you will do:

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional partners to ensure messaging is clear, inclusive and aligned with Canada Life’s brand and value proposition
  • Apply critical thinking to assess challenges and recommend strategic marketing solutions
  • Provide storytelling and creative writing support for a variety of health, wealth and retirement solutions initiatives
  • Support RFP and Finalist efforts by maintaining content libraries, refining tailored messaging and contributing to high-impact submissions
  • Partner with senior leaders and our sales teams to deliver marketing support that enables business growth
  • Manage project timelines, expectations and competing priorities with strong organization and attention to detail
  • Confidently present ideas, recommendations and materials to stakeholders and contribute to large group discussions and working sessions

 

What you will bring:

  • Highly motivated selfstarter with the ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt quickly to shifting timelines and business needs
  • Experience working with and influencing diverse stakeholder groups
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Exceptional writing capabilities with a sharp attention for detail
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Minimum 4 years of marketing or communications experience
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • Understanding of group benefits plans, group retirement plans, creditors or financial institutions product and services considered an asset
  • Experience supporting clients or client-facing initiatives is an asset
  • Flexibility to be in office 3 days a week at one of the Canada Life main campuses

 

Given the size and scope of our organization, we have the flexibility for this position to be located in the following head office locations: Winnipeg, Toronto and London.

The base salary for this position is between $75,600 - $125,600 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
