We are looking for a Manager in the Vancouver Disability Managment Office.
What you will do:
- Provide leadership to assigned direct reports
- Assist in the development and ongoing implementation of the office recruiting strategy
- Support direct reports in managing and coaching team and individual performance
- Monitor processes and team results to ensure performance targets are consistently met
- Provide guidance and leadership for client requests and escalations
What you will bring:
- University degree or a combination of education in a related field
- Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing leaders
- Successful experience recruiting and retaining staff, ideally in a highly competitive market
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated customer service orientation
- Well developed organizational and time management skills
- Understanding of the multiple roles in disability management would be an asset
- Lead and manage within a Purpose/Vision driven environment
- Reliability Status security clearance - this is a personnel security status that is required before an employee can gain access to Protected B information, assets or work sites as outlined by the Government of Canada website

The base salary for this position is between $84,900-$141,400 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
