We’re seeking a skilled Technology Project Manager to lead small/medium‑scale digital initiatives that deliver meaningful business and technology outcomes. This role is responsible for planning and executing projects end‑to‑end, aligning technical solutions with business objectives, and ensuring successful delivery within defined scope, budget, and timelines.

 

What You Will Do

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with business, vendor, and technology stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sponsors and team members to align project objectives with business goals.
  • Lead technology projects through the full delivery lifecycle, from initiation to close.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional project teams and manage dependencies between workstreams.
  • Develop, execute, and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and change requests.
  • Resolve conflicts within the project and escalate appropriately when needed.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and impacts clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Monitor project performance to ensure delivery against scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate risk, governance, and project management standards.
  • Track and report on project metrics, milestones, and outcomes.
  • Support continuous improvement by applying lessons learned and promoting best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to the organization’s project delivery methodology.
 

What You Will Bring

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification (or working toward).
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a project coordination or support role in an organization’s Project Management Office.  1-2 years’ experience managing technology projects in waterfall, agile or hybrid environments.
  • Demonstrated success delivering small/medium‑complexity projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience managing project budgets, timelines, scope, and dependencies.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid understanding of digital solutions, enterprise systems, and agile delivery practices.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business‑focused communications.
  • Problem‑solving mindset with a collaborative and adaptable approach.
  • Experience working with distributed or cross‑functional teams.

The base salary for this position is between $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
