As our Technical Organization Change Management (OCM) Manager, you will play a pivotal role in how we plan, communicate, and deliver technology transformation. Sitting within the Cloud Governance & FinOps team and serving the entire I&TO organization, you will help bring clarity to complex initiatives, ensure alignment across teams, and craft compelling communications that inspire adoption and engagement. This is a high-visibility, high‑impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, people, and storytelling.

 

What You’ll Do

 

  • Develop and execute structured change management strategies that support adoption of engineering, technology, and operational initiatives.
  • Lead the identification, documentation, and communication of technology strategy, standards, processes, and roadmaps in partnership with Leadership, Product Owners, SMEs, and cross-functional partners.
  • Act as a communications hub for the team -drafting newsletters, executive updates, milestone announcements, and structured documents that translate technical projects into clear, engaging narratives.
  • Facilitate planning, prioritization, and roadmap sessions across engineering functions; gather and synthesize data to inform direction and alignment.
  • Build and manage communication and adoption plans to minimize resistance, improve awareness, and maximize employee engagement.
  • Develop process documentation, playbooks, change-impact assessments, and stakeholder engagement materials.
  • Define and track adoption, readiness, and engagement metrics to measure change effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Collaborate closely with Learning & Development, Corporate Communications, HR, and other partners to ensure consistent messaging and seamless end‑to‑end change experiences.
  • Promote continuous improvement by introducing best practices in technical change management, communication design, and organizational engagement.

 

What You'll Bring

 

  • Degree in a technology, engineering, or related field—or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in organizational change management, technology transformation, engineering communications, or related roles.
  • Strong technical acumen and the ability to understand and communicate complex engineering concepts.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to craft compelling, structured, visually engaging content.
  • Confidence working with senior leaders, Product Owners, SMEs, and cross-functional teams across levels.
  • Proven experience facilitating strategy, planning, or roadmap discussions.
  • Highly organized and self-driven, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for visual design and structured communication.
  • Experience with OCM methodologies (e.g., PROSCI / ADKAR) is an asset.

The base salary for this position is between $107,800 - $157,800 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
