Software Engineer (Student Postion)

We are seeking a motivated and technically curious student to join our CRM team as a Software Engineer Intern. This role will support ongoing initiatives to enhance our Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Assist in the development and configuration of Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud features.
• Support integration efforts between Salesforce and internal systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, solution architects, and QA.
• Document technical designs and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform (Service Cloud and/or Sales Cloud preferred).
• Basic understanding of Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce data model.
• Experience with REST APIs and integration patterns is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with Git, Jira, and CI/CD tools.

The base salary for this position is between  $42,500 - $67,000 annually.  This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).  If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
