We're looking for a ServiceNow Software Engineer with expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and IT Service Management (ITSM) to help design, develop, and enhance enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you'll drive platform innovation, support critical business processes, and deliver scalable solutions that strengthen risk management and service delivery capabilities across the organization.
What you will do
ServiceNow Development & Engineering
- Design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with platform best practices.
- Configure and customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, forms, and integrations.
- Develop and maintain custom applications and functionality using JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow development frameworks.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve platform performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
- Configure, enhance, and support ServiceNow IRM capabilities, including:
- Policy & Compliance Management
- Risk Management
- Audit Management
- Vendor Risk Management
- Support risk assessments, regulatory compliance initiatives, and audit activities.
- Maintain and enhance risk registers, control frameworks, and audit records.
- Partner with risk, compliance, and audit teams to streamline governance processes and reporting.
IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Design, implement, and support ITSM workflows and processes, including:
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Change Management
- Service Catalog
- Deliver enhancements aligned with ITIL best practices.
- Optimize service management processes to improve operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Support the end-to-end lifecycle of ITSM solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
What you will bring
- Hands-on experience developing and configuring solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and Glide APIs.
- Experience building integrations, automations, workflows, and custom ServiceNow applications.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices.
- Experience working with ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules, including Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk.
- Understanding of risk management frameworks, controls, compliance requirements, and audit processes.
- Ability to translate governance and compliance requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Experience supporting and enhancing core ITSM processes within ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
- Familiarity with ITIL principles and service management best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within agile and cross-functional teams.
- A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

The base salary for this position is between $80,400 - $130,400 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
