Process Improvement Analyst

Description:

Permanent Full Time

The Process Improvement Analyst plays a key role in driving operational excellence across Brand, Marketing, Communications and Social Impact (BMCI). Reporting to the Planning & Operations Manager, this role designs and implements efficient, scalable processes that support BMCI-owned workflows impacting partners across the organization.

Working with cross-functional stakeholders, the role identifies current-state challenges and delivers future-state solutions that improve planning, prioritization, and execution. Through process analysis, process design, and continuous improvement initiatives, the role helps simplify ways of working, improve operational effectiveness, and support better business outcomes across BMCI. The successful candidate combines strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence.

What you will do

  • Partner closely with BMCI leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders to understand operational pain points and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Research, design, and implement lean, efficient, and scalable planning and operational processes aligned to corporate priorities.
  • Support the evolution of marketing planning, prioritization, and intake processes to optimize capacity, outcomes, and decision‑making.
  • Facilitate discussions and deliver insights, recommendations, and presentations to leadership on current‑state challenges and future‑state solutions.
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of governance, controls, and operational standards across marketing processes.
  • Actively support change management efforts, including communication, training, and adoption strategies.
  • Collaborate with Audit, Compliance, and Legal partners to ensure processes meet governance and regulatory standards.
  • Design and deliver training for contributors, stakeholders, and leaders on systems, processes, and analytics methodologies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the implementation of new ways of working across BMCI.

What you will bring

  • 3+ years of experience supporting and improving planning, prioritization, and delivery of work within a complex team or organization.
  • A practical, hands‑on approach to spotting what’s not working and recommending simpler, more effective ways of doing things.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills – you can make sense of unclear situations and turn them into clear actions.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with a passion for building efficient, sustainable processes that help teams and the business succeed.
  • Confidence working with leaders and cross‑functional partners, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
  • Experience using business, workflow, automation, and reporting tools to plan, manage, track, and continuously improve work and operational processes.
  • Post‑secondary education in business, operations, marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
