We are looking for a Senior Analyst for Technology Strategy and Transformation Office organization. This position will be located in Toronto and requires to be in the office up to 3 days per week.

 

As part of the Global Technology – Tech Finance & Office of the CIO (OCIO) team, the Senior Analyst plays a key role in enabling technology strategy execution, financial transparency, and enterprise governance.

 

This role operates at the centre of technology - strategy, finance, and transformation, supporting global priorities across Canada, Europe, and USA. You will partner across business and technology teams to support strategic initiatives, executive reporting, governance, and leadership communications. The role is responsible for developing insights, coordinating enterprise-wide deliverables, and creating materials for executive leadership, Board, and leadership forums that enable informed decision-making and drive continuous improvement across Technology

 

What you will do

 

1) Strategy Execution & Governance

  • Support the delivery of global technology strategy initiatives and transformation priorities.
  •  Enhance governance processes and executive reporting for Board, OCIO, and senior leadership forums
  • Contribute to quarterly operating reviews through analysis, insight generation, and quality assurance of strategic and reporting deliverables
  • Monitor key decisions, action items, risks, and dependencies to support successful execution of strategic priorities.

 

2) Performance Management & Reporting

  • Translate data into meaningful insights and executive-ready reporting
  • Design and enhance dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks that measure strategic outcomes and organizational performance
  • Continuously improve executive and Board reporting to increase transparency, clarity, and decision-making effectiveness.
  • Enable consistent, data-driven performance discussions across global technology teams

 

3) Strategic Planning & Thought Leadership

  • Support annual planning cycles, operating reviews, and technology roadmap development
  • Conduct research and analyze market trends, industry benchmarks, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making
  • Develop analysis and recommendations to support prioritization, investment decisions, and strategic trade-offs.
  • Contribute to development of thought leadership materials and strategic narratives supporting technology transformation

 

4) Executive Communication & Change Enablement

  • Develop executive-level presentations and briefing materials for senior leadership, OCC, SLT, TLC and Board discussions.
  • Support communications and change enablement activities for key strategic initiatives
  • Coordinate leadership forums, operating reviews, offsites, and enterprise-wide technology meetings.
  • Facilitate stakeholder discussions, drive alignment, and help advance strategic outcomes across business and technology teams.

 

What you will bring

  • Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving mindset with ability to connect data to outcomes
  • 2+ years of experience in strategy, governance, reporting, or consulting (e.g., Big 4, transformation roles)
  • Solid understanding of technology organizations and global operating models
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with ability to translate complex data into insights
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
  • University degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related discipline
  • Positive attitude and a drive to bring the change organization-wide

The base salary for this position is between $80,400 - $130,400 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
