The Regional Sales Coordinator (RSC) supports the regional sales team by coordinating regional events and providing administrative assistance to the field team. The role is responsible for activities that drive event participation and serves as the primary administrative support ensuring effective execution of regional initiatives.

 

What you will do

  • Provide end-to-end logistical/administrative event support for field teams and carriers.
  • Track marketing allowances for regions and by carriers and record event expenses.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding process for staff in collaboration with head office teams.
  • Support company driven initiatives (i.e. New digital tools) and executing national sales campaigns.
  • Work in collaboration with the distribution and national events teams to coordinate regional and local events such as Regional Summits and local carrier sponsored events (e.g. send out invites, work with vendors, coordinate meals, etc.)
  • Responsible for regional advisor communications including carrier updates and events, contests, etc.
  • Ensure high attendance/participation at events and campaigns, follow-up on invitees who have not responded, track attendance.
  • Assist with virtual events and /or on-site for live events.
  • Liaise with compliance team to ensure the CE credits are processed and follow up as needed.

 

What you will bring

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience in insurance or financial services.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to influence, build trust, and foster strong relationships with multiple business partners across the region and country.
  • Understanding of the operations of a sales organization.
  • Strong passion for working in a high performance, faced-paced sales and service environment.
  • Ability to work well within a diverse team environment as well as a strong ability to work well independently.
  • Self-starter who can be nimble and change direction when needed.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Experience in Microsoft suite of tools (i.e. PPT, Excel, Teams.)
  • Knowledge in using tools such as Salesforce and Workspace.
  • Ability to adapt in an ever-changing business environment.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current on industry trends and product updates.
  • A criminal record and credit background check is mandatory as a condition of employment.

The base salary for this position is between $50,900 - 76,400 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
