Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Executive Talent Development & Succession, the Manager, Executive Development Programs will lead the planning, implementation, and continuous evolution of enterprise leadership development initiatives. This includes ownership of the overall leadership development framework across executive, senior leader and high-potential populations, as well as the coordination and delivery of flagship executive and accelerated development programs.
The role ensures leadership development experiences are strategically aligned to business priorities, leadership capabilities, and succession planning outcomes. While operating under the strategic direction of the AVP, this role is accountable for maintaining a coherent leadership development architecture, integrating external partners and internal COE support, and scaling high-impact development solutions across the organization.
Over time, this role will expand to support the design and operationalization of accelerated development experiences for high-potential talent and contribute to leadership pipeline development across the organization.
This role is ideal for a strong program leader who can manage complexity, orchestrate multiple stakeholders, and help scale enterprise talent initiatives under strategic guidance.
What you will do:
Executive Leadership Program Management
- Translate executive program vision into an integrated delivery roadmap.
- Coordinate sequencing of program components (360 feedback, case-based learning, immersion, experiential sessions).
- Manage vendor relationships (e.g., business schools, 360 providers, experiential partners).
- Partner with the Learning and Performance COE for internal design, facilitation, program implementation support.
- Oversee logistics, communications, and participant experience.
- Track outcomes and support post-program integration.
Leadership Development & Talent Integration
- Support alignment between leadership programs and talent and succession processes.
- Track participation and development outcomes across leadership cohorts.
- Contribute insights to talent reviews and workforce planning discussions.
- Help build scalable models for future cohorts.
Stakeholder Management
- Prepare updates and materials for senior leadership.
- Partner closely with HR, Learning and Performance COE, Communications, and business leaders.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and risk.
- Ensure enterprise alignment and high standards of execution.
What you will bring:
- 6–8+ years in program management, leadership development, human resources, talent management, or enterprise initiatives.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
- Experience working with senior leaders.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and vendor management skills.
- Exposure to high-potential development or succession processes; a strong asset.
- Familiarity with 360 feedback tools and executive education partnerships; a strong asset.

Future Evolution of the Role
As the executive leadership program matures, this role is expected to expand to include broader ownership of accelerated leadership development initiatives and build an enterprise leadership development framework that includes high potential development and pipeline development.

The base salary for this position is between $96,200-$146,200 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
