As a Contracts & Compensation Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance of Canada Life’s contractual and licensing obligations with respect to the processing and administration of Advisors’ Contracts. You will also be responsible for maintaining contract related information for all Advisors for compensation purposes and providing a high level of customer service through accurate interpretation and communication.
What you will do
- Obtain all necessary contractual and licensing information for the processing of advisors’ contracts.
- Determine advisors’ eligibility and ensure the timely processing of all contractual paperwork.
- Process advisors’ transfers and buy/sells, including the transfer of inforce policies as per process guidelines.
- Ensure compliance of contractual and licensing obligations, monitor, and audit data in the Siebel Management system and various other databases/systems.
- Create, amend, and delete pertinent name, address, banking, and contract related information on advisor contracts.
- Provide a high level of customer service through the timely and accurate processing and administration of incoming correspondence.
- Respond to inquiries received and handle unique and complex issues and problems as they arise.

- Bilingual (English/French) skills would be an asset.
- Knowledge of Siebel, FASAT, Ingenium and MS Office is preferred.

The base salary for this position is between $44,700.00 - $67,000.00 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
