We're hiring Senior Talent Acquisition Advisors for two opportunities:one Permanent Full‑Time position and one Temporary Full‑Time (12‑month term) position. In this role, you’ll lead full-cycle recruitment for key business areas including Business Modernization, Technology, Corporate Functions and Canada Operations. You’ll partner closely with hiring leaders to shape recruitment strategies, source top-tier talent, and deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring leader experience.
You’ll be more than a recruiter—you’ll be a strategic advisor, a storyteller, and a champion of our culture and values.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of roles, including complex and executive-level searches.
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies aligned with business goals and DEI priorities.
- Craft compelling job postings and candidate messaging that reflect our brand and culture.
- Proactively source talent using a variety of channels—social media, job boards, networking, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through relationship-building and market research.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, providing coaching on interview techniques, selection criteria, and best practices.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and inclusive hiring experience.
- Leverage data and insights to continuously improve recruitment outcomes and candidate experience
- Serve as a brand ambassador by attending high-impact recruitment events (either in person or virtual), connecting with top talent, and showcasing our commitment to inclusive hiring and workplace culture.
- Support and help shape internal talent acquisition projects to help evolve and strengthen our hiring strategy.
What You Bring:
- 6–9 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within a large, complex, national organization.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment across a wide range of roles, including senior and executive levels.
- Strong sourcing skills and experience engaging passive candidates through creative outreach strategies.
- A consultative mindset with the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); familiarity with SuccessFactors is a strong asset.
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Bilingual in English and French; a strong asset.
- As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism is an asset (fluent in French and English) but is required for Quebec only as the position will regularly serve our clients with French and English-speaking needs.

Given the size and scope of our organization, we have the flexibility for this position to be located in the following head office locations: Montreal, Toronto, London, Winnipeg.

The base salary for this position is between $75,600 - $125,600 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
