Make an Impact Where Talent Meets Purpose

We’re looking for a Bilingual Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team for a 12-month fixed term! In this role, you’ll lead full-cycle recruitment for key business areas including Business Modernization, Technology, and Canada Operations. You’ll partner closely with hiring leaders to shape recruitment strategies, source top-tier talent, and deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring leader experience.

You’ll be more than a recruiter—you’ll be a strategic advisor, a storyteller, and a champion of our culture and values.

Bilingualism (fluent in French and English) required, as the position will regularly serve our clients with English and French-speaking needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of roles, including complex and executive-level searches.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies aligned with business goals and DEI priorities.
  • Craft compelling job postings and candidate messaging that reflect our brand and culture.
  • Proactively source talent using a variety of channels—social media, job boards, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through relationship-building and market research.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, providing coaching on interview techniques, selection criteria, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and inclusive hiring experience.
  • Leverage data and insights to continuously improve recruitment outcomes and candidate experience
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by attending high-impact recruitment events (either in person or virtual), connecting with top talent, and showcasing our commitment to inclusive hiring and workplace culture.
  • Support and help shape internal talent acquisition projects to help evolve and strengthen our hiring strategy.

What You Bring

  • 6–9 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within a large, complex, national organization.
  • Bilingual in English and French—you’re confident communicating in both languages, written and spoken.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment across a wide range of roles, including senior and executive levels.
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience engaging passive candidates through creative outreach strategies.
  • A consultative mindset with the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); familiarity with SuccessFactors is a strong asset.
  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a purpose-driven organization that values people, innovation, and integrity.
  • Work in a collaborative, inclusive environment where your voice matters.
  • Access to professional development, mentorship, and career growth opportunities.
