Associate Manager, Wealth Sales Strategies

We’re looking for an Associate Manager to enable our wealth wholesale organization to achieve sales and activate & deliver key priorities + strategic plans.  

 

Reporting to the Director, Wealth Sales Enablement, the Associate Manager, Wealth Sales Enablement will align a variety of internal + external stakeholders on priorities and projects to drive wealth sales enabling strategic initiatives.  

 

What you will do:    

  • Partner and build a variety of relationships to drive wealth sales priorities and projects 

  • Collaborate with partners (communications, sales, wealth leadership, etc) to create a variety of wealth & investment campaign & brand collateral  

  • Create, implement, and deliver activation + engagement plans (wholesale council meetings, launch meetings, sales team education, etc) to drive adoption + a variety of strategic initiatives 

  • Identify the training needs of the sales team from the various initiatives and develop a plan to assure these needs are being addressed 

  • Provide thought leadership & expertise to create compelling practice management and sales stories promoting Canada Life products and offerings.    

  • Collaborate with Wealth Sales leaders and colleagues to support and implement their business plans   

  • Leverage data to evaluate & evolve initiatives to drive more efficient + effective wealth sales  

 

What you will bring:  

  • 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry  - ideally in Wealth Management 

  • An understanding of strategic levers and direction for Wealth Management  

  • An understanding of distribution channel strategies   

  • Ability to communicate on behalf of and advocate for wholesalers  

  • Able to manage complex tasks while prioritizing and managing deadlines   

  • Proven ability to adapt and manage change   

  • Demonstrated resiliency under pressure and proven creative and innovative thinking skills   

  • Demonstrated collaborator, negotiator and partner and able to deliver in a strong team-focused working environment  

  • A university degree in financial services, marketing, or business processes

The base salary for this position is between $67,000 - $117,400 annually.  This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).  If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
