We are looking for an Advisor Support Associate.

The Advisor Support Associate reports to the Manager- Advisor Support Program  and contributes to our advisors’ success by providing sales support, marketing support, and value-added client service to help them grow their business.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Provide strategic sales support to advisors to help them achieve their sales targets and support the sales team in reaching overall growth objectives
  • Provide a high level of defined administrative services and support within Advice Canada Advisory Services
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support, always prioritizing the client
  • Contribute as part of a high performing operational team committed to the success of our advisors
  • Provide professional and knowledgeable sales and service support to help advisors acquire new business and retain and grow existing client business
  • Deliver administrative services and support to clients, colleagues, and head office business partners
  • Support and sponsor local and head office initiatives
  • Follow specific administrative processes
  • Maintain and ensure compliance standards are met with advisors
  • Take ownership of special projects, as needed
  • Provide general support and coverage to fellow Advisor Support Associates

 

What You Bring:

  • Post secondary education
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new technologies
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Responsiveness to requests; professional telephone etiquette; tact, courtesy, and patience
  • Ability to adapt to change and meet project deadlines and/or requests
  • A proactive approach, demonstrating initiative toward process improvement and individual development
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively amid continuous interruptions
  • Strong problem solving skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships both internally and externally

 

This position will be located in the Toronto head office.

The base salary for this position is between $45,600 - $68,400 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
