Technology leadership is a cornerstone of delivering exceptional service and innovation in today’s digital landscape. Under the guidance of senior leadership, the Associate Vice President (AVP), Delivery & Intake Management will lead the development and execution of a unified intake and delivery framework for business applications. This role is pivotal in aligning technology strategy with business goals, ensuring seamless service delivery, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration across the organization.

The AVP will work closely with business unit leaders, technology teams, and external partners to ensure that technology investments are strategic, customer-focused, and operationally sound. This role is ideal for a visionary leader with a passion for digital transformation, organizational change, and talent development.

 

What you will do

The AVP, Delivery & Intake Management is responsible for defining and executing the intake and delivery strategy for technology initiatives across the organization.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement a standardized intake framework for business application delivery across all business units.
  • Collaborate with senior business leaders to align technology platforms with strategic goals and customer needs.
  • Lead the planning and execution of technology initiatives, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery.
  • Oversee daily operations and long-term planning for technology delivery, including resource allocation and application health.
  • Partner with internal clients and external stakeholders to understand needs and deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions.
  • Manage financial planning and budgeting for technology operations, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Represent the technology function in cross-functional leadership forums and contribute to enterprise-wide transformation efforts.

 

What you will bring

  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, including 5+ years in digital technology across the full stack.
  • Proven experience in large, complex, and regulated enterprise environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
  • Deep understanding of cloud technologies, modern architectures, DevOps, and financial management.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across business units and with external partners.
  • Strategic thinking with a customer-first mindset and a passion for innovation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and navigating legal and compliance frameworks.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and emotional intelligence in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

The base salary for this position is between  $123,300 - $205,500 annually.  This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).  If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
