Assistant Vice-President, AI Solution Delivery

The role of the AVP, AI Solution Delivery is to bring technology leadership with a strong business mindset to lead the delivery of high-impact AI solutions across the enterprise, accelerating value realization from AI investments. This role is accountable for shaping and executing AI delivery priorities, partnering with business and technology leaders to translate strategy into production-ready solutions, and ensuring AI initiatives are implemented in a compliant, secure, and scalable manner.

 

What you will do

 

  • Establish and lead the AI Solution Delivery team, providing hands-on leadership to deliver enterprise AI initiatives; provide strategic subject-matter leadership in support of business teams
  • Provide delivery leadership by fostering strong engagement with leadership, business, and technology stakeholders; ensure clear communication of delivery objectives, progress, risks, and results
  • Work closely with the business team to translate enterprise AI strategy and business priorities into clear delivery roadmaps, execution plans, and measurable outcomes
  • Collaborate across business and technology teams to intake, triage, prioritize, and deliver organization‑wide AI use cases, emphasizing those with the highest strategic and business value
  • Define and implement efficient processes for designing, building, deploying, operating, and supporting AI solutions in production
  • Adapt and evolve AI delivery, operating, and support models as the organization matures and scales
  • Serve as a trusted partner and product owner for custom AI models that are being used by business and technology teams.
  • Partner with governance, risk, and oversight teams to ensure AI solutions are compliant and responsibly deployed
  • Coach and mentor team members to achieve delivery objectives and support career growth

 

What you will bring

 

  • University degree in Software Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent
  • 7–10 years of experience leading AI / ML / Advanced Analytics solution delivery
  • Experience working in a matrix organization
  • Strong product and delivery mindset focused on business outcomes
  • Expertise in agile delivery frameworks and product development lifecycles
  • Business acumen with the ability to link AI delivery to measurable value
  • Working knowledge of AI governance, data governance, and regulatory considerations
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in large, regulated organizations
  • Commitment to continuous learning in AI and emerging technologies
