Role Description:
Reporting to the Associate Manager, you will be responsible for providing and maintaining secure GroupNet access to Canada Life’s Group clients for the purpose of enrolment, billing, and reporting activities. You will also provide immediate support regarding usage of GroupNet to clients, brokers, and group representatives. You will provide these services by living Canada Life’s Purpose, Vision and Values.
What you will do

- Providing access to GroupNet for Canada Life’s Group clients.
- Communicating with Group Representatives, Clients, Brokers/Agents and Head Office personnel via telephone, email and/or fax.
- Auditing assigned work to ensure that all information to ensure and the proper forms/authorization have been completed

- As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism is an asset (fluent in French and English) but is required for Quebec only as the position will regularly serve our clients with French and English-speaking needs
- Reliability Status Security Clearance – this can only be completed with candidates who receive an offer of employment. This is a personal security status that is required as a condition of employment before an employee can gain access to Protected B information, assets or work sites as outlined by the Government of Canada website. The cost of submitting these checks will be covered by Canada Life.
Network Requirements
1) Home Network WIRED (LAN Cat5e or higher cable) directly from CL Laptop to Home Router/modem.
2) Internet Service Provider (ISP) minimum connection: 50MB Download & 5MB Upload speeds (speedtest.net screenshot to confirm)
3) Note: 250MB bandwidth per month usage or higher may be consumed
Given the size and scope of our organization, we have the flexibility for this position to be located in the following head office locations: Montreal, Regina or Winnipeg.

The base salary for this position is between $38,700 - $52,400 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
