DevOps Engineering Specialist (Student Position)

This a student position that is 4 months in duration (May - August 2025). You must be a student registered in a Canadian College or University.

This position is for students returning to school after their work term or requiring a placement as requirements for graduation. While not required, preference will be given to students enrolled in a registered Co-op program. 

 

We are looking for a DevOps Engineering Specialist Co-op Student to join our Integration Platform Product Management team, focusing on Integration Platform Products that enable our digital customer journeys.

We are on a strategic transformation journey for our digital customer. Designing and building state of art, reliable, performant, and secure Integration products is a critical enabler of that transformation journey.

 

Role description The DevOps Engineering Specialist Co-op Student will analyze business problems, elicit requirements, document Integration product specifications, and contribute towards Integration product design efforts.

 

What you will do 

  • Facilitate sessions with stakeholders to elicit integration requirements.
  • Create user stories and provide acceptance criteria working in collaboration with other DevOps engineers on our Engineering team.
  • Work in collaboration with Solution Architects to assess requirements and determine best fit integration solution.
  • Work in collaboration with SREs to identify, articulate and manage risks to the platform.
  • Assist with the evaluation of existing processes and recommending opportunities for improvement.

The base salary for this position is between  $44,700-$67,00 annually.  This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).  If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
