Service Support Associate (Student Position)

This is a student position that is 4 months in duration for the term: May-August. You must be a student registered in a Canadian College or University. 

This position is for students returning to school after their work term or requiring a placement as requirements for graduation. While not required, preference will be given to students enrolled in a registered Co-op program.

As a member of our Business Development team, you will provide administrative support to the Workplace Retirement and Savings Client Relationships team. The Service Support Associate is organized, detail-orientated and experienced with Microsoft’s programs. This role provides critical support to our Client Relationships team and helps to deliver a high-level client experience.

 

What you will do

  • Assist with the preparation and creation of client and advisor reports
  • Use internal systems to create, organize, and order client materials
  • Provide general administrative support using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects to support the Client Relationships and Business Development teams
  • Perform general office duties as required
  • Provide backup support to other team members during peak periods
  • Contribute to an efficient, collaborative, and energized team environment focused on delivering an excellent client experience

  • Knowledge of the group retirement industry would be an asset
  • Bilingualism (fluent in French and English) required, as the position will regularly serve our clients with English and French-speaking needs.

The base salary for this position is between $45,600 - $68,400 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.

For our student opportunities, the base salary will be dependent on the number of work terms you have completed along with other factors depending on your program.
