We’re looking for a Senior Content Specialist who can shape content that makes complex topics clear, improves digital experiences and raises the bar for content across the organization. This is a hybrid strategic content role spanning content marketing, digital experience and content governance.

You combine strong writing and editing skills with content strategy, stakeholder influence and a deep understanding of what customers need to move forward with confidence.

You’ll create written, video and audio content that helps people navigate complex topics with clarity, while also contributing to the broader content approach across digital experiences. If you’re equally comfortable writing, editing, influencing and solving content problems, this role offers the chance to make a visible impact.

As Senior Content Specialist, you’ll help improve how customers experience our digital content from end to end. You’ll develop content that is clear, accessible and useful, while balancing customer needs, business goals and regulatory requirements. You’ll also play an important role in shaping how content is planned, created and delivered across teams.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies for multiple digital platforms and channels including onsite, email, socials and more
  • Create, edit and refine content (written, video and audio) across formats, including long-form and short-form content, product pages, case studies and AEO/SEO-optimized content
  • Build modular content that can be adapted across channels, audiences and touchpoints
  • Translate complex financial, technical and regulatory information into clear, user-friendly language
  • Partner with UX, design, SEO/AEO, research, legal, compliance, marketing and business teams to deliver effective content
  • Apply customer insight, analytics and research to improve content quality and usability
  • Recommend content approaches that support strong user journeys and better digital experiences
  • Ensure content aligns with accessibility standards, brand voice and plain language principles
  • Help establish and maintain governance guidelines and best practices for digital content
  • Build alignment with stakeholders, secure approvals and move work forward in a collaborative, efficient way

What you bring

  • Strong experience in content marketing, UX writing, content design or a related digital content discipline
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong command of digital writing best practices
  • Experience creating content (written, video, audio) across formats and channels, with an understanding of how to make content modular and reusable
  • Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive content practices
  • Ability to balance user needs, business goals and regulatory requirements in your work
  • Confidence working with stakeholders and influencing decisions at different levels of the organization
  • Strong facilitation, collaboration and communication skills
  • Comfort working in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing needs
  • Interest in LLM/AI processes and content optimization for AI query responses
  • Experience working with content management systems, especially Adobe Experience Manager, is an asset
  • Experience and openness to working with AI tools to improve efficiency is an asset
  • Experience with analytics tools and using performance insights to improve content is an asset
  • Experience working in Agile environments is a bonus
  • As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism is an asset (fluent in French and English) but is required for Quebec only as the position will regularly serve our clients with French and English-speaking needs.

What will help you succeed

  • You’re strategic, curious and solutions-oriented
  • You are pro-active in asking questions and know how to move work forward
  • You’re comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity
  • You care deeply about clarity, consistency and quality
  • You know how to work iteratively with subject matter experts and decision-makers to find the right balance between technical accuracy and customer understanding
