Reporting to the Deputy Senior Director of the Montreal office, the Advisor Service Representative plays a key role in providing personalized support to our Quebec advisors on the policies and procedures of our mutual fund dealer, Quadrus. This position is entirely service-oriented, with no sales component.

Your responsibilities:

Respond to requests from Quadrus representatives and clients via phone, fax, and email.

Provide clear explanations of Quadrus processes and deliver necessary training to ensure adequate support for encountered difficulties.

Act as a liaison between Quadrus representatives, fund companies, and our internal partners.

Conduct thorough investigations into issues and dissatisfaction, particularly in collaboration with fund companies.

Meet service quality standards and ensure compliance with regulations.

Build trust and strengthen relationships with advisors, their assistants, and internal leaders.

Act with integrity and represent the company well.
Required Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Completion of the IFIC Investment Funds Course or the CSI Canadian Securities Course is an asset.

Financial Knowledge: Understanding of various financial products.

Problem Solving: Demonstrate perseverance and tenacity in quickly resolving client and representative concerns, which are at the heart of our actions.

Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Analysis: Strong analytical skills and ability to proactively solve problems.

Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks while respecting priorities and deadlines.

Teamwork: Team spirit and collaboration with a high degree of autonomy in work.

Languages: Bilingualism (French/English) required.
What we offer: Given the size and scope of our organization, we offer the possibility to work from our Montreal or London (Ontario) offices (hybrid work), but you will be part of the Quebec team.

The base salary for this position is between $47,400.00 - $74,800.00 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
