As one of the most prominent learner-facing roles within the Learning & Development department, the Learning Facilitation Specialist must act as a brand representative for Canada Life. This role exemplifies the values and behaviors aligned with our vision and purpose, fostering a positive and impactful learning experience for all participants.
In this role, you will deliver and support just-in-time and customized learning programs tailored to business needs. You will leverage insights from facilitated sessions to inform ongoing program development, and monitor knowledge and skill assessments beyond initial feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
What you will do:
- Facilitate and manage in-person and virtual learning sessions/workshops to drive business outcomes.
- Introduce innovative ideas and best practices to enhance learning delivery and engagement.
- Collaborate with business partners to align learning program delivery with strategic needs.
- Gather and analyze post-program survey results to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement in content, delivery, and offerings.
- Engage and motivate learners by creating value around learning topics and fostering meaningful participation.
We are looking for individuals who:
- Bilingualism (fluent in French and English) required, as the position will regularly serve our clients with English and French-speaking needs.
- Have a strong facilitation background and experience in virtual training
- Demonstrate knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies.
- Focused on building strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

The base salary for this position is between $50,400.00 minimum - $83,900.00 maximum annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
