  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on digital tools, platforms, and enhancements within the retirement and savings ecosystem including front-end plan member platforms like web and mobile; and B2B platforms like administration sites and payroll integration.
  • Participate in finalist presentations; and lead client-facing sessions, demos, and working sessions to explain new functionality, roadmap updates, and best practices.
  • Help clients understand the steps to implement available features so they understand the scope and requirements to align on moving forward.
  • Translate technical concepts into clear, business-relevant outcomes for client audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal business development, technology, product, and enablement teams to bring client feedback into roadmap evolution.
  • Gather practical client feedback and identify opportunities for clients to increase utilization and extract more value from available capabilities; and troubleshoot adoption barriers.
  • Coordinate rollout readiness and follow up with clients to ensure success criteria are met.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in a client-facing consulting, implementation, or client success role
  • Strong ability to communicate complex or technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Solid technical aptitude, comfortable understanding platform capabilities, integrations, and digital workflows
  • Proven experience leading client discussions, demos, and solution walkthroughs
  • Ability to connect business needs to system capabilities and drive practical outcomes
  • Experience in retirement, pensions, savings, or financial services is strongly preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management and confident presence in client-facing environments
  • As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism is an asset (fluent in French and English) but is required for Quebec only as the position will regularly serve our clients with French and English-speaking needs

What Success Looks Like
