Bilingual (Fr/En) Regional Sales Coordinator

The Regional Sales Coordinator (RSC) supports the regional sales team by coordinating events and providing administrative and operational support to the field. The role is responsible for driving participation in regional initiatives and ensuring the smooth execution of events and campaigns.

 

Acting as a key point of coordination across teams, the RSC contributes to the effectiveness of the sales organization by supporting engagement, communication, and operational excellence. The role can be advisor-facing and plays a critical part in building strong connections across the region.

 

What you will do

  • Provide end-to-end logistical and administrative support for regional events, including coordination with internal teams, carriers, and external vendors for both in-person and virtual formats. This includes managing invitations, tracking attendance, and driving participation through proactive follow-ups
  • Support the execution of national sales campaigns and company initiatives, including the rollout of new tools and programs, while ensuring strong engagement at the regional level
  • Collaborate with distribution and national events teams to organize regional and local initiatives such as Regional Summits and carrier-sponsored events, ensuring consistency and quality of delivery
  • Manage advisor communications across the region, including event promotions, campaign updates, carrier communications, and contests, contributing to ongoing advisor engagement
  • Track marketing allowances by region and carrier, monitor event-related expenses, and maintain accurate records to support budget oversight
  • Provide ongoing administrative and operational support to the field team, including onboarding and offboarding activities, maintaining distribution lists, and providing backup support when needed
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders such as compliance to ensure CE credits are processed and follow up as required

 

What you will bring

  • Bilingualism (fluent in French and English) required, as the position will regularly serve our clients with English and French-speaking need
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in insurance, financial services, or a related field, along with a solid understanding of how a sales organization operates
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across multiple teams
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of execution
  • Comfort working both independently and as part of a team, with a customer-focused and solutions-oriented approach
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) and familiarity with CRM and collaboration tools such as Salesforce or Workspace
  • A commitment to continuous learning and staying current on industry trends, tools, and product updates

 

This position will be located in the Montreal head office.

The base salary for this position is between $50,900 - $76,400 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
