We are looking for a Bilingual Regional Sales Associate.

As a Regional Sales Associate (Insurance), you will partner with the sales team to grow insurance sales in your aligned territory. Through activity management, support in implementing territory business plans and other sales-generating initiatives, you will support your sales team. You will also work directly with financial advisors to help them understand the new business process and provide resources for various insurance inquiries.
What you will do:
- Report on Salesforce opportunities, activity management and sales results
- Prepare for and help execute special events and campaigns
- Implement operational and sales support tactics
- Facilitate weekly team meetings with your sales partners to work on sales growth initiatives
- Provide training to financial advisors on our new business process
- Support sales opportunities by responding to incoming financial advisor inquiries
- Input and maintain advisor related information in Salesforce as needed
- Provide general sales support as needed
- Present to financial advisor firms alongside sales partners
What you will bring:
- Bilingualism (fluent in French and English) required, as the position will regularly serve our clients with English and French-speaking need
- Related post-secondary education (i.e. business, economics, psychology, sociology, etc.)
- Sales mindset
- Take initiative in helping the team achieve sales
- Creative thinker
- Collaborative and team-oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Technically savvy and proficient in using Microsoft Office products
- Goal oriented
- LLQP or financial services experience is an asset
This position will be located in the Montreal head office.

The base salary for this position is between $50,900 - $76,400 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
