We’re looking for top talent that will help provide advisor support, sales activity management, and leading and coaching the inside sales team to drive performance and achieve business objectives across Canada.
As the Manager, Inside Sales, you will
- Provide direct leadership and coaching to the inside sales team to drive performance, activity and meet business objectives
- Be accountable for the team’s achievement of business, sales objectives and activity targets
- Empower and energize the work and the team to ensure a consistent high level of performance is delivered and provide day-to-day support and coaching
- Provide regular reporting to the AVP, Inside Sales, Wealth on key performance indicators
- Ensure effective and consistent processes and practices are established and followed, including use of Salesforce (and other tools) across the team
- Create a culture of transparency in measurement
- Monitor overall workflow and advise on any procedure enhancements required to ensure Business Development Manager have the necessary tools to deliver an exceptional experience
- Ensure the delivery/execution of wholesaling top priorities and regional sales plans within the inside sales team
- Be the first point of contact for issues requiring escalation
- Be an important mentor in the evolution of the inside sales team; both within the team and across the organization
- Contribute to the development of inside wholesaling sales strategies and growth opportunities within individual wealth
- Support senior leadership as they manage the continuous recruitment and pipelining of the Regional Sales Representative roles
Who we are looking for
- Bilingualism (fluent in French and English) required, as the position will regularly serve our clients with English and French-speaking need
- University or college degree in a related field (i.e., business school, marketing, sociology, psychology)
- 6-9 years’ experience in the financial services/investment industry preferred
- Strong leadership, sales and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Completion of industry designations is considered an asset (i.e., IFIC, CSC, CFP)
This position will be located in the Montreal head office.

The base salary for this position is between $88,100 - $138,100 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
