Our Operations team is currently growing! We’re seeking an Operations Business Analyst – someone who can provide thorough business process and technical analysis to support the Operations team to solve business problems and seize opportunities.

 

What you will do

• Assist Operations leaders to define business problems and/or opportunities for specific projects and initiatives

• Put together analytics and reports that will add value and streamline business processes

• Perform research on industry trends and keep abreast of any regulatory changes

• Perform requirements/analysis risk assessment and provide recommendations for development and implementation approach

• Document technical analysis required for each initiative in collaboration with developers and programmer analysts to ensure a smooth and streamlined development and application configuration

• Collaborate with the Project Office team to determine and manage project tasks per internal standards

• Work with both internal and 3rd party integrators and developers to ensure agreed quality standards are met

• Develop a recommended test approach based on the nature and magnitude of change to be implemented

• Assist in the development and execution of test cases and deployment

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to design and create future state processes in support of software solution implementations, regulatory changes, other project related work and/or operational needs

• Collaborate with the training team and stakeholders to translate business changes into actionable project deliverables including communications, training plans and education activities to support the implementation and adoption of business changes

• Excellent communication skills, spoken and written, to convey or present factual and conceptual information on issues which require detailed explanation and interpretation

• Ability to work independently towards a common goal

The base salary for this position is between  $54,500 - $ 81,800 annually.  This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).  If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
