Role Summary
The Bilingual Marketing Relationship Manager partners with IPC Advisors based in Quebec and Eastern Canada to develop and execute personalized marketing strategies that elevate brand presence, enhance client experience, and support business growth. This role requires fluency in French and English and involves close collaboration with internal teams and external vendors, delivering training and support for marketing tools, and contributing to the evolution of marketing programs. Success in this role demands strong relationship-building, strategic thinking, project management, and a passion for innovation.
What is the role of the Bilingual Marketing Relationship Manager?
- Partner with IPC Advisors in Quebec and Eastern Canada to create personalized marketing plans that enhance brand visibility, enrich client experiences, and drive business growth
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with IPC’s strategic priorities and reflect the values of the Individual Wealth Experience team
- Build and nurture strong relationships with Advisors through consistent, proactive communication and support in both French and English
- Partner with the Marketing team to ideate and evolve marketing programs that reflect innovation and Advisor needs
- Source and manage external vendor relationships to deliver best-in-class marketing tools and solutions
- Provide onboarding, training, and troubleshooting support for marketing platforms and tools to ensure Advisor success and adoption
- Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with Quebec language laws and regional marketing standards, maintaining cultural sensitivity and regulatory adherence

- Bilingualism (fluent in French and English) required, as the position will regularly serve our clients with English and French-speaking need
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Marketing or Communications
- 4–5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within financial services or a client-facing environment
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders
- Strong working knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams); experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms is an asset
- Ability to work effectively with Advisors and stakeholders across Quebec and other regions
Given the size and scope of our organization, we have the flexibility for this position to be located in the following head office locations: Montreal (1350 Rene Levesque) or Mississauga (5015 Spectrum).

The base salary for this position is between $59,800 - $99,700 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
