Senior Operations Associate - 4-month contract

Reporting to the Associate Manager of Administration, you will be responsible for accurate and timely processing of financial and non-financial transactions for our clients' mutual fund accounts in support of our distribution partners.
What you will do
- Processing complex transactions to mutual fund accounts
- Reviewing transactions entered by advisors
- Communicating with advisors' requirements to turn "not in good order" trades into "in good order" trades
- Understanding the mutual fund industry, regulatory guidelines, Quadrus and fund company business processes
- Tracking and reporting activity
- Meeting service standards to minimize financial impact
What you will bring
- Completion of the IFIC Operations and/ or Investment Funds Course is an asset
- Previous experience in a role communicating with Advisors is an asset
- Working knowledge of the mutual fund industry, regulatory guidelines and Quadrus & fund company business processes is an asset
- Excellent written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Team player committed to achieving team objectives
- Self-motivated and enjoy a busy work environment
- Ability to meet strict daily deadlines
- Ability to organize and prioritize daily responsibilities
This position will be located in the London head office.

The base salary for this position is between $43,400 - $65,100 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
