Senior Change Management Specialist

The Senior Change Specialist is part of high-performance project team(s) introducing significant change to the Plan Sponsor Services organization. This change includes people, process, and technology - from small to large changes. A high level of innovation and creativity is required to lead Plan Sponsor Services through implementations, including development and delivery of successful change vision and strategy.

 

This role will be a critical part of the implementation of new technology and processes, as well as customer facing change with key project outputs directly impacting plan sponsors and plan members. A high level of innovation and creativity – grounded in detailed change management principles, best practices, and project management – is required.

 

What you will do 

  •  Translate your change management knowledge into deliverables that will drive projects and organization forward

  • Deliver a wide range of communication, up, down and across the org chart tp support successful change management

  • Communication skills are a key differentiator in change management success

  • Organize employees, mobilize, support, and push a change management strategy to completion, supported by business lead(s)/ Leaders

  • Collaborate with very strong teams of senior staff, including business SMEs, and leaders

  • Collaborate with external vendors in both business and technology sectors

  • Plan all Change Management activities relating to the Strategic Initiative you are assigned

 

What you will bring 

  • Strong knowledge and experience in change management principles and best practices

  • Understanding of change models and framework

  • Understanding group psychology, focused on how people respond to transition and change

  • Understanding project management skills applicable to change (planning, scheduling, integration of change management principles into overall project plans, tasks, and communications)

  • Provide strong examples to follow, helping employees understand the direction they’re moving in to build buy-in

  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts and confidence leading at all levels of an organization

  • The ability to handle changing and competing priorities and the deadlines attached, with the flexibility to  pivot as needed

  • Positive attitude and resilience in the face of challenges, serving as an example to all others on the project(s) – leadership by example

The base salary for this position is between  $61,900 - $114,500 annually.  This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).  If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
