Release Manager
Permanent Full Time
The End User Technology Release Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and governing the end-to-end release of technology changes impacting end user services (devices, apps, collaboration tools, workplace connectivity).
This role ensures releases are delivered on time, with quality, and minimal disruption, acting as the central orchestrator across engineering, operations, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Owns the release management lifecycle: planning → scheduling → testing → deployment → post-release validation
- Coordinates across development, QA, operations, and business teams to ensure successful delivery
- Manages risks, dependencies, and release readiness to protect service stability
Key Accountabilities
- Own end-to-end release governance for End User Technology services (endpoint, collaboration, workplace connectivity)
- Establish and manage the enterprise release calendar across EUT portfolios
- Lead release planning, readiness reviews, and go/no-go decisions
- Coordinate delivery across:
- Engineering (endpoint, M365, network)
- Service operations
- Vendors / MSPs
- Ensure adherence to change, release, and deployment processes (ITIL aligned)
- Manage risk, dependency mapping, and rollback strategies
- Drive continuous improvement of release processes and tooling
- Provide executive reporting on release health, risks, and outcomes
- Own post-release validation, incident review, and lessons learned

Experience & Skills
- Strong experience in release management / ITSM / DevOps environments
- Understanding of end user platforms (Windows, Intune, M365, devices)
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional delivery
- Strong risk management, communication, and stakeholder alignment
- Experience with tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, CI/CD pipelines)

The base salary for this position is between $68,800 - $114,700 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
