As a Readiness and Adoption lead, you will be part of a newly established team dedicated to enhancing experiences through times of change. Your role will focus on creating and delivering strategies that make technology and business transformations feel seamless, supported and empowering - never overwhelming.
Working closely with leaders, subject matter experts (SME’s) and frontline teams, you will develop clear practical strategies that drive engagement, build confidence, and ensure smooth transitions.
Your work will help bridge the gap between innovation and daily operations, fostering a culture where people feel prepared for change and adoption becomes a natural part of how we evolve as an organization.
Since the projects we support can span the entire organization, you'll need to be adaptable, collaborative and proactive in shaping solutions that make change easier for everyone. Over time, our goal is to shift mindsets so that change isn't something to fear but seen as an opportunity to grow.
What you will do

Support the development of Readiness & Adoption as a practice by shaping its value proposition and impact within the organization.

Work with key stakeholders to understand change initiatives through discovery sessions and collaboration with Change Management leads, when possible.

Follow Readiness & Adoption playbook to design and deliver human-centered strategies that drive engagement and successful adoption.

Coordinate training, communication and engagement tactics to ensure a seamless change experience.

Lead and facilitate stakeholder working sessions and meetings to align efforts and drive readiness.

Translate readiness and adoption into clear, practical deliverables that create clarity, confidence, and a positive change experience.

Measure the effectiveness of readiness and adoption efforts to assess impact and drive improvements

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the practice by refining approaches and sharing insights.

Be a champion for change, leading by example and embodying the mindset needed for successful transitions.
What you will bring
-
Strong knowledge and experience in change management frameworks, principles, and best practices.

Experience supporting organizational change efforts with skills applicable to Readiness & Adoption at all levels.

Ability to manage changing and competing priorities, while meeting deadlines and adapting as needed.

Previous management experience is an asset or demonstrated ability to influence and drive impact.

Strong communication and facilitation skills.

A positive attitude and resilience in the face of challenges, leading by example to inspire others.

The base salary for this position is between $67,000.00 - $111,700.00 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
