Description:

Permanent Full Time

-

As a Readiness Enablement Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling Readiness & Adoption as a practice. Your focus will be on building the frameworks, capabilities, and governance structures that make change feel seamless, supported, and empowering—never overwhelming.

You’ll work closely with Initiative governance, Readiness & Adoption leads, and business leaders to embed readiness planning into enterprise workflows, ensuring that change is not just managed but embraced. Your work will help bridge the gap between transformation strategy and day-to-day operations, fostering a culture where people feel prepared for change and adoption becomes a natural part of how we evolve.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, sees the big picture, and is passionate about building something that lasts. Over time, your leadership will help shift mindsets so that change is seen not as a disruption, but as an opportunity to grow.

What you will do

  • Shape and evolve the Readiness & Adoption practice, defining its value proposition and embedding it into enterprise transformation efforts.
  • Partner with Canadian Initiative Governance to integrate readiness planning into initiative workflows, benefits realization, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Support the development of an Enterprise Change Office by contributing readiness expertise and frameworks.
  • Build and maintain tools, templates, and playbooks that enable consistent, human-centered readiness planning across initiatives.
  • Provide oversight and mentorship to Readiness & Adoption Leads and Specialists, helping grow team capabilities and impact.
  • Champion the team’s brand and influence across the organization, positioning readiness as a key enabler of successful change.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align readiness efforts with business priorities and transformation goals.
  • Lead efforts to measure and communicate the impact of readiness and adoption activities, driving continuous improvement.
  • Act as a connector and advisor, helping teams navigate change with clarity, confidence, and resilience.

What you will bring

  • Deep knowledge of change management frameworks, principles, and best practices (Prosci certification or equivalent preferred).
  • Experience in enterprise-level change planning, governance, and benefits realization.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, build practices, and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking – Ability to align readiness activities with business goals and project outcomes; understands enterprise change impacts across functions
  • Project & Program Acumen – Strong understanding of project lifecycles and how readiness fits into delivery; able to work within Project Management Office (PMO) governance and reporting structures.
  • Analytical & Problem Solving – Uses data to assess readiness and identify gaps; develops actionable plans to address barriers.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for building capabilities that make change easier for everyone.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude that inspires others through times of transformation.
