We are looking for a Production and Operation Specialist (Bilingual).

As a Production and Operations Specialist on the Best Practices team, you’ll play a key role in supporting the operational excellence that helps our teams deliver consistent, efficient, high-quality experiences.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate and support internal events and initiatives that promote knowledge sharing and team alignment.
- Manage workflows and operational processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of team priorities.
- Maintain and enhance the Group Retirement Services (GRS) SharePoint site, ensuring content is intuitive, up-to-date, and easy to navigate for users across the organization.
- Update and organize essential Best Practices documentation, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with current standards.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify and enhance how we work.
- Build strong working relationships across teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
What you bring
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with SharePoint or similar content management systems, and project management software, like Smartsheet.
- A proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality work that supports team and organizational goals.
- Ability to effectively manage work volumes, balancing competing priorities, and adapting quickly to shifting projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of the group retirement industry would be an asset.
- Knowledge of French would be an asset. As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism is an asset (fluent in French and English) but is required for Quebec only as the position will regularly serve our clients with French and English-speaking needs
The base salary for this position is between $50,400 minimum - $83,900 maximum annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
