Role description
The Production Specialist is responsible for the intake, management and ongoing sustainment of project delivery for Creative Services, Brand & Experience and various lines of business. The candidate will leverage expertise in these areas to ensure deadlines, milestones, and resource allocations are clearly defined and meet delivery for the initiative.
What you will do
- Work with business stakeholders to define and prioritize projects through the creative briefing process
- Monitor project activities to assist in meeting project milestones
- Anticipate and resolve timeline risks before they impact delivery
- Effectively communicate across several cross-functional business delivery teams
- Identify potential roadblocks or resourcing conflicts and work with business stakeholders & team leaders for resolution
- Use discretion to escalate issues in a timely and appropriate manner
- Proactively identifies inefficiencies and propose effective solutions
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
What you will bring
- Educational degree or certificate in project coordination/management or similar work experience in a creative delivery environment
- A minimum of 1-3 years of project coordination/management experience
- Knowledge of project estimation and scheduling with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of or experience with project management software and design systems, such as Adobe WorkFront, Adobe Creative Suite, JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite and various digital file formats would be of benefit
- Work experience within a creative team would be of benefit
Given the size and scope of our organization, we have the flexibility for this position to be located in the following head office locations: London or Winnipeg

The base salary for this position is between $50,400 - $79,800 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
