Production Coordinator

The Production Coordinator supports the intake, coordination and ongoing sustainment of digital experiences at Canada Life. Reporting to the manager of Digital Customer Experience on the Digital Capabilities team, this role works across multiple lines of business and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.  

 

What you will do: 

  • Coordinate intake of new website requests and enhancements from business stakeholders 

  • Develop resourcing and budgetary plans for execution.  

  • Monitor project activities and timelines to help meet project milestones.  

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Technology, Marketing, Business Modernization, UX, Design, Development and Quality Assurance. 

  • Identify potential roadblocks or resourcing conflicts and support resolution with stakeholders and team leads.  

  • Escalate issues in a timely and appropriate manner. 

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of operational workflows and team processes 

 

What you will bring: 

  • Educational degree or certificate in project coordination/management or similar work experience in a digital delivery environment. 

  • A minimum of 2 years of project coordination or project management experience, ideally in a large-scale or enterprise environment.  

  • Knowledge of project estimation, scheduling, and resource planning is an asset. 

  • Experience with project management software and planning tools such as Clarity, Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence is beneficial.  

  • Exposure to content management systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager) and digital file formats is an asset. 

  • Technically fluency is a plus. Comfortable navigating technical discussions and helping bridge communication between business and technical teams.  

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in dynamic or agile environments.  

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

The base salary for this position is between  $47,400.00 - $74,800.00 annually.  This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).  If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
