We are looking for an experienced and proactive Microsoft 365 Collaboration Technical Support Specialist to join our IT support team. This intermediate-level role focuses on providing technical assistance and guidance to end users across a wide range of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless communication, productivity, and digital collaboration across the organization.
What you will do:
- Provide Tier 2 support for Microsoft 365 collaboration tools including:
- Microsoft Teams (chat, meetings, channels, apps)
- Microsoft Teams Rooms (deployment, management, troubleshooting)
- SharePoint Online (site access, permissions, document libraries)
- OneDrive for Business (file sync, sharing, recovery)
- Yammer/Viva Engage (community engagement, troubleshooting)
- Microsoft CoPilot (support, troubleshooting, agent integration)
- Microsoft Loop (workspace collaboration and syncing)
- Planner and To Do (task management and integration)
- Forms (survey creation, sharing, and data access)
- Stream (on SharePoint) (video sharing and playback issues)
- Troubleshoot and resolve collaboration-related issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
- Support user onboarding and training for Microsoft 365 tools and best practices.
- Collaborate with IT infrastructure, security, and compliance teams to ensure governance and data protection policies are followed.
- Document solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
- Participate in feature rollouts, user adoption campaigns, and change management.
What you will bring:
- 4–6 years of experience in IT support with a focus on Microsoft 365.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration ecosystem and administration tools.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Teams Admin Center, and SharePoint Admin Center, etc.
- Proven experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Microsoft certifications in related technologies or equivalent are a plus.
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
- Experience supporting hybrid environments (on-premises AD + Azure AD).
- Exposure to ITIL practices and ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Jira.
- Advanced level skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft solutions

The base salary for this position is between $52,800.00 - $97,700.00 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
