We are seeking a Manager, Health Products to join our Workplace Benefits and Retirement business. This role would serve as Product Manager for a portfolio of products related to health benefits solutions, virtual care, mental health and other offerings. This role brings an ownership mindset to our health products shelf, driving outcomes that will improve our offering for our sponsors and members.

What you will do

- Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing team of Product Specialists who bring technical product expertise and support our products day-to-day; foster a mindset of product ownership, customer-centricity and continuous improvement
- Product Development: Identify areas for new product development based on customer needs, prioritize these based on viability and feasibility dimensions, and collaborate with our Delivery function to bring these to life
- Performance Measurement: Implement standardized approaches to track KPI’s including utilization, penetration, cost and other metrics, and set goals for product performance
- Product Adoption: Identify ways to improve awareness and drive appropriate utilization of our products, and work with our Digital, Marketing and Business Development teams to implement
- External Environment: Maintain a pulse on the customer, competitive, legislative and compliance environment and lead our response to changes that impact our products
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to manage our products on an ongoing basis including: Business Development, Technology, Marketing, Strategy, Risk & Compliance as well as external vendors
What you will bring

- Experience managing health products, and a deep understanding of product management practices.
- Strong leadership, including experience leading through change.
- Modeling a bias to action by breaking inertia and driving momentum across teams.
- Commercial mindset, balancing customer experience, financial performance and risk mitigation in every decision.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and relationship building.
- University degree; post-secondary education in business, health, or technology is an asset.
Given the size and scope of our organization, we have the flexibility for this position to be located in the following locations: Toronto, London, Winnipeg.

The base salary for this position is between $102,000 - $152,000 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
