Manager Insurance Experience

Reporting to the AVP, Insurance Experience, the Manager, Insurance Experience supports the development of the insurance roadmap across all insurance products. The individual will work closely with stakeholders in Product, Technology, Digital, Marketing, Operations and Distribution to enhance the Insurance Solutions (IS) experience for advisors and customers, ensuring that our tools, processes and experiences are modern, easy to use and integrated. 

 

What you will do 

  • Support the development and maintenance of the integrated insurance roadmap, inclusive of both IS and non-IS initiatives that will drive our insurance experience 

  • Actively engage with partners to understand and prioritize customer and advisor feedback and identify opportunities to action it  

  • Bring CX expertise to initiatives, providing input on how to design an integrated experience; utilize and champion CX and design tools and principles across initiatives  

  • Develop reporting to support awareness of roadmap progress, opportunities and risks  

  • Support special projects aligned with experience, including initiative exploration, opportunity assessments, market scans, competitive benchmarking, etc. 

  • Provide support on initiative planning, governance, budgeting and market delivery activity, as required  

 

What you will bring 

  • 5+ years of experience in a strategy or CX focused role, preferably in the financial services industry  

  • Strong business acumen, with demonstrated aptitude for strategic thinking 

  • Understanding of the business environment and customer needs; ability to identify experience opportunities that create competitive advantage 

  • Bias to action that drives results and supports a culture of performance and accountability 

  • Fosters collaborative relationships, brings diverse stakeholders together to solve challenges  

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; proficient use of PowerPoint 

 

Given the size and scope of our organization, we have the flexibility for this position to be located in the following head office locations: London (ON), Toronto, Winnipeg.

The base salary for this position is between  $84,900 - $155,700 annually.  This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).  If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
