- Translate Risk & Compliance needs into clear technology and automation roadmaps, with a focus on achievable, high‑value outcomes
- Work closely with Technology, Data, Analytics, and Architecture teams to design solutions that are scalable, well‑governed, and reusable
- Champion the use of data, analytics, and AI to improve insight, monitoring, reporting, and decision‑making within Risk & Compliance
- Support the responsible adoption of AI, ensuring appropriate governance, controls, and transparency are built into enablement initiatives
- Drive standardisation and simplification across tools and processes to reduce fragmentation
- Support change and adoption through training, enablement materials, and hands‑on support
- Track and report on enablement outcomes, including efficiency gains, automation benefits, and adoption
- Continuously assess existing processes to identify further opportunities for automation and improvement
What you will bring
- Post‑secondary education or equivalent practical experience in business, technology, data, or a related field
- 5–8+ years of experience in automation, technology enablement, delivery, or process transformation
- Demonstrated experience delivering or supporting AI, automation, workflow tools, analytics, or data‑enabled solutions
- Strong ability to bridge business and technical teams and turn complex problems into practical solutions
- Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and driving adoption of new ways of working
