We’re looking for a Manager, Sales Enablement to support the growth of Client Advisory Services (CAS)—a recently launched sales organization focused on strengthening client relationships at Canada Life. This role will support Pinnacle and the Financial Solutions Centre, two key areas driving our future growth and advisor experience, with a focus on driving Pinnacle’s multi-year strategic program.

 

You’ll play an important role in leading program strategy and execution, resulting in the delivery of a scalable, standardized business model that delivers measurable results and industry-leading advisor and client experience. You’ll work closely with leaders and cross-functional teams to drive outcomes, understand interdependencies, and propel growth.

 

What you will do  

 

  • Deliver programs aligned with CAS strategic priorities and annual sales targets, ensuring clear objectives, measurable outcomes and timely delivery:
    • Pinnacle: Drive multi-year strategic program to guide national adoption of best practices, build a scalable advisor channel and a consistent client experience.
    • Financial Solutions Centre: Implement initiatives that expand advisor capacity, drive sales growth, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead program governance, perform strategic analysis, and drive delivery and integration of project tactics
  • Engage stakeholders from all levels to communicate initiative progress, facilitate decision-making, mitigate risks, resolve dependencies, and gain alignment
  • Work with Director of Sales Enablement to lead, prioritize, and assess initiatives based on alignment with business strategy and impact
  • Work closely with sales leaders, Technology, Operations, Performance Management and other partners to drive initiatives forward, create measurable outcomes, and foster collaborative business evolution
  • Create and refine methodologies that support business growth and scalability
  • Drive alignment between Pinnacle and Financial Solution Centre priorities, develop deep knowledge of the business, ways of working, and opportunities for partnership to gain efficiency or improved experience
  • Lead a team of Initiative Leads, aligned to Pinnacle and the Financial Solutions Centre, providing strategic initiative support, coaching, and development opportunities
  • Foster high performing team culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement

 

What you will bring 

 

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or related leadership roles in cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to drive structured problem solving and critical thinking using a data-driven approach
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into concise, actionable messages (e.g. executive presentations, recommendations, decision requests)
  • Ability to conduct analysis, generate insights, and develop sound recommendations
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience driving outcomes and partnerships in a matrixed organization
  • Experience designing and leading program governance; track record of delivering outcomes on time and within scope
  • Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to navigate competing priorities
  • Experience coaching and developing direct reports
  • Knowledge of financial services and the wealth management industry is an asset
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

The base salary for this position is between $96,200 - $146,200 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
