As one of the most prominent learner-facing roles within the Learning & Performance Enablement department, the will support and deliver just-in-time and customized learning programs. This role is the representative of the centralized Learning & Performance Enablement team in the field, gathering information to support ongoing program development - including but not limited to performance gap assessments and monitoring knowledge and skill assessments from executed training programs beyond the reactionary feedback phase.
What you will do:
- Deliver and manage in-person and virtual learning sessions/workshops, as designed, for learners to drive business results.
- Bring innovative ideas and best practices to facilitation engagements.
- Be the representative of the learning organization to bring feedback, based on in depth gap assessments, to the learning organization.
- Utilize in depth financial planning, product and process expertise to independently provide in the moment issue resolution relating to processes, products, systems and sales.
- Conduct and collect survey results following the delivery of each program to assess and measure success of program and identify opportunities with respect to learning content, facilitation delivery, and program offerings.
- Demonstrate the skill and ability to influence, entice and create value around a learning topic; motivate and engage learners in a meaningful way.
What you will bring
- French/English Bilingual. Bilingualism is a requirement to support French and English speaking learners across Canada
- Strong facilitation background and experience in virtual training
- Must have knowledge of adult learning methodologies
- Expertise in wealth and insurance to ensure confidence, competence, and credibility in delivering training.
- Experience in sales, financial services, or have completed CIFC, LLQP or equivalent certifications
- Proven ability in assessing learning needs, developing learning recommendations, designing and evaluating programs
- Focused on building strong, collaborative relationships
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and meet deadlines

The base salary for this position is between $63,500 - $117,400 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
