The Director, Technology Finance plays a lead role in delivering on our financial obligations providing transparency and decision-making options to our business partners. This role leads the design, implementation, enhancement, and operations of technology finance processes, procedures, controls and systems in support of the ongoing evolution of technology financial practices.
What you will do:
We are seeking a finance leader who is excited to contribute to the continued success of our organization through:
- Execution, maintenance, and continuous improvement of technology finance reporting, tools, processes and procedures
- Lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of financial reporting systems
- Lead month-end and quarter-end financial processes
- Lead and coach a team of direct reports, providing mentorship, feedback and developmental support to help them grow in their roles and reach their professional goals
- Lead special/ad hoc projects, as required.
What you will bring:
- Professional accounting designation (CPA)
- Minimum seven years of directly related experience
- Demonstrated leadership, influencing, and relationship building skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate stakeholders to meet deadlines
- Polished communication skills (written and verbal) to audiences including senior leadership
- A curiosity to challenge the status quo and initiative to deliver consistent improvement
- Strong business acumen, with demonstrated aptitude for strategic, analytical and critical thinking
- Capable of prioritizing competing tasks to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Results driven with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong proficiency with the MS Office suite.
- Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Interpersonal skills; demonstrated through communication skills and building and maintaining collaborative partnerships across the organization
- Attention to detail with ability to seek pertinent data, anticipate questions, recognize what is important, and look beyond usual methods
- Customer focused with a positive outlook and the ability to adjust and adapt in a fluid environment
- Effectively and efficiently prioritizes work assignments and anticipates/adjusts as additional priorities materialize
- Initiative to act without prompting and generate ideas to recommend change or improvement
- Optimism in the midst of change and flexibility with changing environments, tasks, timelines, and responsibilities
- Undergraduate degree in Business coupled with an MBA, or equivalent preferred; other comparable professional designations considered

The base salary for this position is between $92,100.00 - $162,000.00 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
