We are seeking a Director, Technical Solutions to lead end‑to‑end technology delivery for multiple mission‑critical GRS digital initiatives—turning vision into reality from discovery through launch and transition to run. You will play a pivotal role in advancing GRS’s digital modernization agenda, delivering complex initiative with enterprise impact!
 

Key Accountabilities

  • Translate business objectives into feasible, scalable, and secure technical solutions
  • Drive technical decisions and trade‑offs across architecture, integrations, and non‑functional requirements
  • Identify, own, and mitigate technical, security, performance, and operational risks
  • Provides technical leadership across all technology delivery teams aligned to an initiative
  • Ensures solution readiness for launch, including operability, support, and warranty planning
  • Drive consistent use of approved architecture patterns, integration standards, and security controls, in partnership with Enterprise Architecture, Security and Risk/Compliance
  • Partner with GRS Digital, Product and Operational teams to shape feasible, costeffective delivery options
  • Clearly articulate technical tradeoffs, constraints, costs, and delivery implications
  • Support portfolio decisioning with accurate estimates, dependencies, and risk assessments
  • Partnering with PMO, enable predictable delivery by ensuring solution readiness, sequencing, and risks


What you will bring:

  • Post‑secondary education in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Proven delivery of complex, regulated, multi‑system initiatives – financial services experience strongly preferred
  • Outcome‑driven and pragmatic; balances speed, risk, and quality
  • Strong business, architectural, and distributed‑systems acumen
  • Trusted leader with bias to action and clear delivery ownership
  • Effective influencer across Business, Digital and Technology teams
  • Calm, decisive leader in high‑complexity, fast‑changing environments
  • Builds and develops high‑performing engineering teams; fluent in Agile / Lean environments

The base salary for this position is between $114,200 - $164,200 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
