  • Collaborate closely with Operational Leaders and Enterprise Data Enablement teams to ensure performance views reflect true operational drivers and trusted data sources.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Operational Insights team with clear ownership, accountability, and coverage models.

What you will bring

  • 8+ years of experience in operational reporting, performance management, analytics, or business intelligence roles.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with leaders.
  • Experience partnering directly with senior leaders and executives on performance discussions and decision-making.
  • Proven experience delivering executive-level dashboards, scorecards, and performance reporting.
  • Strong background working with operational metrics (e.g. service, productivity, cost, quality).
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights and business narratives.
  • Experience working within regulated or large-scale enterprise environments is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, metrics, and reporting pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with BI and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with enterprise data standards, data governance concepts, and reporting best practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing high-performing data teams.
  • Reliability Status Security Clearance – this can only be completed with candidates who receive an offer of employment.
