Client Service Assistant

As a member of the Centralized Ops Team the Client Service Assistant is responsible for providing efficient, timely and focused administration support to the Individual Client Service and Policy Change departments. The overall objective is to be able to continue the delivery of prompt and excellent service to clients through accurate and timely document distribution.
What you will do:
- Receive, identify, track and distribute incoming mail, faxes and emails for the Client Service and Policy Change Departments
- Distribute automated documents to Policyholders and Associates
- Process Policyholder address and bank changes received by mail, fax and email
- All other related support functions as required
What you will bring:
- Grade 12 equivalent is required
- Post secondary education in a business program considered an asset
- Previous experience working in a high volume deadline driven environment considered an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Good interpersonal skills
- Intermediate level MS Office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong data entry skill with an excellent attention to detail required
- Strong team player with initiative and the ability to prioritize and multi-task under minimum supervision
- Ability to adapt to change in a positive manner
- Proactive
- Bilingual French/English an asset

The base salary for this position is between $33,400-$47,700 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
